Return Standard

To qualify for a return, the purchased product must meet certain criteria:

  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Please provide your order number or product certificate for smoother processing. Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not available for customized products.

Damaged Goods

Return Fees

If the product is damaged or missing, you can submit unpacking videos and pictures for verification. Upon successful verification, you can expect a refund or replacement, with no shipping fee on your part.

However, if you’re returning the product for personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong color or quantity, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that a restocking fee will not be charged unless the product’s tag has been removed.
