To ensure the utmost quality of our service, we have temporarily suspended international shipping. Presently, we are exclusively serving orders within the continental United States. Shipping Costs

We provide support for USPS First Class Package and offer streamlined shipping based on the following postage calculations:

  • Orders totaling $59.99 or more (inclusive) are eligible for complimentary shipping.
  • For orders under $59.99, a shipping fee of $4.9 applies.

Delivery Time

Our team efficiently processes orders within 1-2 working days. Please be aware that our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Sunday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped on the subsequent day, including holidays. We currently only provide USPS First Class Package for all orders, which will take about 2-5 working days. Therefore, the delivery time is generally 3 to 7 working days.

Order Verification

We kindly request that you carefully review your receipt information before completing your payment, as modifications cannot be made once the delivery process has commenced.

Sales Tax

The merchant bears the responsibility for sales tax, and our customers are exempt from any tax obligations. In cases where an order is rejected due to tax issues, customers will be accountable for associated costs.

Tracking Your Order

If you possess a registered account with us, tracking your order is possible by logging in and accessing the order status page. Upon payment confirmation, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Within approximately 48 hours of your order being shipped, a second email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment will be dispatched.

Order Processing Delays

If your order encounters a processing delay exceeding 10 working days, we offer two alternatives: a prompt reshipment of your order or a $5 coupon as compensation.

Delayed Shipments

Should your package not arrive within 60 calendar days, we extend the options of a refund or reshipment. As an additional gesture, you’ll receive an $8 coupon.

Lost Packages

While we deeply regret any inconvenience, we are unable to assume responsibility for packages lost during transit. Should you face this circumstance, please provide your order number and get in touch with us. We’ll assist you in connecting with the logistics company to initiate a claim.
